An excerpt from chapter 18.
“I have been there, in the chrysalis, that is. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting some more. Wondering if God had heard my prayers. Wondering if I had heard God correctly. I know what it is like to wait for something for a decade.
Oh, how I wanted to break out of the chrysalis and not wait! But I am so glad and thankful that I did not rush the process. Beauty, life, grace, and strength come through the chrysalis.
Waiting . . . is about the process of becoming.”
